Church Halloween party
Kyra picked out a fairy princess costume again this year - no surprise there.

Jack was a Jedi.

Kyra has trick or treating down. Jack was able to say 'tee a tee' by the end of the night, after which he says 'aaanks' (thanks).

Happy Birthday, Jack!

Hi, Kyra!

Hi, Jack!
Jack was a little overwhelmed with the whole birthday experience. I tried to get him to come over and open gifts, but he preferred to stand in the corner of the room and watch. He has definitely inherited a few tendencies from his mom! Kyra was more than happy to fill the job of opening presents.

Ironing that tablecloth was next on my to do list.
Dad's traditional tool gift for Jack:

Most of Jack's friends are girls. I foresee a lot of princess parties in his future.

He liked playing with his cake better than eating it; he's not a fan of most sweet things. He inherited that from his dad.

Hi there, little person!
Here's the first picture of our baby, taken at 15 weeks, officially due April 6th:

For those of you not used to looking at ultrasound pictures, that series of lines on the right is the spine, with the head bent over the top. Looks pretty cramped and uncomfortable to me, but the baby doesn't seem to mind!
